We’re proud to be Sri Lanka’s first Sinhala eBook marketplace, offering digital books from talented local authors. We want you to have a smooth, satisfying reading experience. Below is our return and refund policy for your reference.

Returns

All products sold on Bookspot.lk are digital downloads (PDFs). As such, we do not accept returns once the eBook has been successfully delivered via download or email.

Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong eBook (different from what you ordered)
• You did not receive the eBook within the promised timeframe
• The downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable, and the issue can’t be resolved

To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase.
Make sure to include:

• Your order number
• The issue you’re facing
• A screenshot or description of the problem (if applicable)

If your claim is valid, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after downloading
• Accidental purchases
• Issues caused by incompatible devices or third-party apps
• Files shared or altered after download

We kindly ask customers to review product descriptions and previews before purchasing.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. You will receive the amount to the same payment method used at checkout.
